You have been quoted a fee during your consultation or by photo analysis. Dr Bonaros will perform the procedure for that fee.
A deposit of £500 to £1000 is required should you wish to schedule a date for your procedure. The deposit sum can be paid by card, cash in person, or bank transfer. The patient’s desired booking date will remain available for other patients to reserve until a deposit is placed.
The balance must be paid seven days before the scheduled procedure. Any failure to fully clear the balance in line with these terms and conditions may result in the alteration or cancellation of your procedure date.
Your right to cancel (The Reflection and Cooling-Off Period): You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The Cooling-Off Period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (the date you sign and return these Terms and Conditions). We will reimburse you for all payments if you exercise your right to cancel within this timeframe. Please note: If you explicitly request that your procedure takes place within this 14-day cooling-off period, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to cancel without penalty once the procedure has been performed.
In case of cancellation due to an emergency or illness, and postponements caused by unforeseen events, we will always endeavour to be as flexible as possible regarding rescheduling an alternative surgery date.
Failure to disclose medical conditions: If you fail to disclose known medical conditions or other possible contraindications to treatment in advance of your procedure, and that subsequently results in the cancellation of your treatment on the day, we will retain your deposit as a cancellation charge to cover incurred clinical and administrative costs.
Cancellation on medical grounds: If our medical professionals must cancel your procedure on medical grounds (unrelated to undisclosed conditions), we will advise you of any measures you need to take and attempt to reschedule the procedure. If you do not wish to reschedule, we will refund your payments. Please be advised that we cannot offer reimbursements for travel or accommodation expenses of any kind under any circumstances.
Clinic postponements: We will endeavour to ensure that your procedure runs to schedule. However, we may need to postpone your procedure at short notice for reasons beyond our control. Such changes are rare and are undertaken strictly in the patient’s best interest and safety. In this unlikely event, we will try to contact you as far in advance as possible to reschedule. We do not offer financial compensation for postponed procedures.

You have the right to access any of your personal data held by Dr Epameinondas Bonaros Ltd. You may request a copy of your medical records or photographs by writing to us. We will respond and provide these records within 30 calendar days of receipt of the request.
